Lisa Malinowski

“Simply put, being with children makes my heart happy. I get so much joy watching them grow and learn, from playing with their friends to sitting down and putting pencil to paper.  It’s amazing to me just how much they learn in a year's time. God has put me exactly where He knows I belong!”

Lisa Malinowski is excited to start a new year in Pre-K3! This year marks her 24th year of teaching and her 12th year here at CtRCS.

Lisa is a native Houstonian. She grew up not far from downtown Houston, but has resided in Cypress for the last 34 years. After working in the corporate world for 15 years, she decided her true calling was to work with children. She began working at Prince of Peace Blessed Beginnings preschool where she worked for 12 years.  Within her time at Blessed Beginnings she took a few years off to be a foster parent which she says was one of the most rewarding times in her life.

Lisa currently resides in Fairfield with her husband Darrell. They’ve been married since January 1993, have three children and have welcomed five grandchildren within the last seven years. Her youngest son graduated from CtRCS in 2021. Her family life keeps her busy to say the least. When she gets free time, Lisa loves to spend time at the beach, shop, bake, go out for dinner, and spend time with her family and friends.
